They backed up, reinstalled data and programs and did everything they could to make everything right. They did so much more than any of the big box companies I had previously bought computers from. What a company does when it costs them much more in time and money than they can stand to make from a sale is the true mark of service.

SSI made my "bad luck" their "bad luck" too. That is the ultimate in character and professionalism. I may look for a four-leaf clover before I buy another computer, but it will be an SSI-supplied computer!"
