We support all our custom-built PCs locally here in Sarver.  Additionally, some manufacturers require us to deal with warranty support directly.  If this is the case, we will handle all warranty issues for the end user.

Products Which Require SSI to Handle Warranty Issues:

Antec Products: Any Antec power supplies, cases and/or parts purchased from SSI must be returned to SSI within the manufacturer warranty period.

Intel Products: Intel Processors, Motherboards and other accessories must be brought to SSI within manufacturer warranty period.

Asus Products: Asus Motherboards and video cards must be brought to SSI within the manufacturer warranty.

All other Products or unspecified: All other products not required by the manufacturer to be dealt with by SSI will be the end user's responsibility to remediate with the manufacturer directly as per the SSI Return Policy.

Return Policy:

ALL OPENED SOFTWARE SALES AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE FINAL.  SSI WILL NOT REFUND MONEY OR EXCHANGE ANY SOFTWARE PURCHASED THAT IS OPEN, ACTIVATED AND/OR REGISTERED.

DUE TO CONSTANT PRICE CHANGES AND THE VOLATILITY OF THE MARKET, CPUS AND MEMORY MODULES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT OR REFUND AFTER 7 DAYS.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.

UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, AFTER THE 14-DAY PERIOD IS EXPIRED, ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE HANDLED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY.

UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, ALL SELF-INSTALLED MOTHERBOARDS MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER UNDER THE WARRANTY TERMS.
